Opportunities in the bodQR system represent potential sales for your business based on the needs and expressed interests of a contact. Subscribers and Users can create opportunities for themselves and others in bodQR, providing a structured approach for pipeline tracking and maximizing revenue from each client relationship, and for building accountability across the different teams in your business.
To view, edit or add opportunities for a contact, navigate to the contact record through the Active Contacts menu in the main navigation, then click on Opportunities.
On the Opportunities page, you will see the details of any existing opportunities for that contact.
To update an opportunity, click on the edit icon for that opportunity, then make changes on the Edit Opportunity page and click Submit to save.
To add an opportunity, click on the Add Opportunity button on the Opportunities page, select the values for each field, then click Submit to save.
