Purchase or sales tracking in the bodQR system is designed to help you connect scan and consultation activity with revenue at the contact level. Subscribers and Users can record purchases or sales for themselves and others in bodQR so that your business can measure the return on its sales activities.
To view, edit or add purchases for a contact, navigate to the contact record through the Active Contacts menu in the main navigation, then click on Purchases.
On the All Purchases page, you will see the details of any previous sales for that contact.
To update a purchase, click on the edit icon for that purchase, then make changes on the Edit Purchase page and click Submit to save.
To add a purchase, click on the Add Purchase button on the All Purchases page, select the values for each field, then click Submit to save.
