Viewing Custom Question Responses and Reports

You can view the responses for specific contacts in the contact record, which can be found through the Contacts menu in the main navigation.

On the contact record page, click on the QuestionCreate Responses button.

The questions and responses by the contact, if any, will appear on the QuestionCreate Responses page.

In addition to viewing individual contact responses, you can also view a summary of all contact responses for each custom question.

Access this reporting feature by clicking on QuestionCreate in the main navigation and selecting All Questions.

On the All Custom Questions page, click on the Report button for the question of interest.

You can filter response data by location, user and membership status.
