To add or view a note in a contact record, navigate to the record from the Contacts menu on the main navigation using search or sort to select your contact.
On the contact record click on the Notes button.
You will see any prior notes listed in reverse chronological order on the Notes page.
To add a Note, click on the Add a New Note button and complete the note information, which includes the option to attach a PDF file.
You can alert other bodQR users by email of your new note by selecting them from the drop-down user list. To include the note content in the email, check the box below the user list.
Click on the Save button to add your new note to the record.
