Using the Consultation Dashboard

The Consultation Dashboard (available in CONSULT and COACH Plans) summarizes data about the number of contacts who have reviewed their scan results, your brand information and your services in the Consult View, as well as the average amount of time spent on each of these activities.

Data can be filtered by location, user, membership status and date range, and is presented in two consultation categories – data for self-guided consultations or instances when contacts review results own their own using the Consult View, and data for guided consultations or when results in the Consult View are accessed through a user account.

In addition, a summary of contact-generated ratings for those consultations is also displayed.
