You may want to send an account link to a contact as a reminder to view their results or to notify them that additional results are available (for example, if you gave them access to previously restricted scan reports through the Access menu). An account link is NOT the same as an invitation to take a new scan, which is a separate feature through the Scan menu on the main navigation. Depending on your account settings, a contact may be able to initiate a new scan once logged into their account.
To send an account link, click on Access in the main navigation then select Send.
On the Send Access page, select your contact then click on the Send Link button.
On the Send Link page, confirm the email address for your contact and make sure that the Send Email option is selected (check mark showing), then click on Send Link.
