In addition to walking your prospects and members through their results, your bodQR app can also deliver a sales presentation that shares information about your overall business and mission, staff, facility, and members using the BrandExplain feature (available in Consult and Coach plans). With BrandExplain you can embed documents, photos, videos and more to help prospects and members to better understand your offerings and the experience you deliver – whether they review the content on their own or as part of a guided personal presentation led by your staff.
There are several sections of the BrandExplain presentation, each of which is set up separately – Overview, Team, Tour and Member Stories. In addition, you can control the display of each section in your app settings. We’ll review the set-up of the BrandExplain sections and display settings below.
Overview Page
To begin building your BrandExplain presentation, click on BrandExplain in the main navigation and select Overview. On the set-up form for the Overview page you can add a headline, sub-headline, summary, video content (click on the Instructions button for details and an example) and PDF documents such as slide presentations or other marketing materials that can be opened and viewed on the page without downloading. When you’re done adding content, click on the Save button.

To make changes, click Overview on the BrandExplain menu to return to the Overview page form, edit as desired and click Save.
Team Page
Set up profiles of your Team by clicking Add Team Member on the BrandExplain menu. On the Team Member set-up form you can add an image or video, along with a description that might include the background, experience and interests of the team member. When you’re done, click Save. Repeat the process for all team members who you wish to include in the presentation.

To make changes to details for a team member, select All Team Members from the BrandExplain menu and click on the edit icon (pen) for the team member.
Make any desired changes on the Edit Team Member form and click Save.
Tour Page
Add a facility tour to your presentation to highlight specific areas, amenities or equipment. Click on Add Tour Location in the BrandExplain menu, then enter a name, description and image or video on the Tour Location form. When you’re done, click Save. Repeat for any additional areas that you’d like to highlight in your facility.

To make changes to details for a tour location, select All Locations from the BrandExplain menu and click on the edit icon (pen) for the location.
Make any desired changes on the Edit Tour Location form and click Save.
Member Stories Page
Add Member Stories to your presentation for social proof. Click on Add Story in the BrandExplain menu then enter a name, description and image or video for the member on the Story form. When you’re done, click Save. Repeat for any additional members who you’d like to highlight in your presentation.

To make changes to the details for a story, select All Stories from the BrandExplain menu and click on the edit icon (pen) for the Story.
Make any desired changes on the Edit Story form and click Save.
BrandExplain Display Settings
You can elect to display all, some or none of the BrandExplain sections depending on your preference and business needs.
To access the BrandExplain display settings, click on Settings in the main navigation then select APP. Toggle the settings for each BrandExplain section off or on based on your preference or business needs and click Submit to save.
