Auditing Sales Opportunity History

In tracking the sales opportunities for your business, you may wish to view or audit changes to those opportunities to understand any updates to opportunity status. For example, you might want to see if a grade was updated or if an opportunity was reassigned.

To view Opportunity History for a contact, navigate to the contact record through the Active Contacts menu in the main navigation, then click on Opportunity History.

On the Opportunity History page you can see any updates associated with the opportunities in the contact record, as well as the user who made the update.
