While your contacts can use the password reset option on your bodQR login page, you can also reset the password for a contact from within their contact record in your bodQR app.
Start by accessing the contact record through the Active Contacts menu, then click on the info button for that contact.
On the contact record page, click on the Edit Contact button.
On the Edit Contact page, enter the new password in the Update Password field and then click on the Update button to save your changes.
Notify the contact of the new password so that they can continue to access their results and take additional scans.
